The Josephine Elizabeth Seaton Franklin Foundation, Incorporated was established in 1995 as a philanthropic entity to respond to the needs of youth and families through scholarships and community partnerships.

The JESF Foundation, Incorporated supports student advocacy and addresses community needs in the South Suburban Chicago community through projects in the areas of education, scholarship, economics, health and the black family.
